3. Account Registration

  • Accurate Information: Buyers must provide accurate and complete business details.
  • Approval Rights: Skygate Wholesale reserves the right to approve or deny any account application.
  • Notify Changes: Any changes to account information must be reported immediately.

4. Order Processing & Payment

  • No Minimum Order: No minimum order requirement.
  • Accepted Payments: Payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved solutions.
  • Order Processing: Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Wholesale & Retail: Wholesale and retail prices will be displayed accordingly.
  • Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $500, $25 flat rate for orders below $500.
  • Accurate Shipping: Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping addresses.
  • Delivery Delays: Skygate Wholesale is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Final Sales: All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Reporting Issues: Buyers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds or replacements will be issued upon verification of the claim.

8. Dropshipping Policy

  • Vendor Agreements: Buyers utilizing our dropshipping services must adhere to our vendor agreements.
  • Third-Party Vendors: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party vendors.
  • Accurate Orders: Buyers must ensure accurate order placement to avoid fulfillment errors.

9. Product Availability

  • Stock Availability: We do not guarantee stock availability at all times.
  • Backorders: Backorders may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Product Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

10. Liability & Indemnification

  • No Misuse Liability: Skygate Wholesale is not liable for any misuse of products sold.
  • Indemnification: Buyers agree to indemnify and hold Skygate Wholesale harmless against any claims arising from product usage or business operations.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All branding, trademarks, and marketing materials provided by Skygate Wholesale remain our property.
  • Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction or resale of branded materials is prohibited.
